In line with their current growth plans, they require the following creative persons to join their team across Nigeria. The job titles are as follows:

 

1. Senior Level Business Development Manager (Financial Services Sector), Lagos

a.  Develop annual sales strategy and business plan to drive business growth and the achievement of set goals including increasing sales, market share and profitability; cascade it down to quarterly and monthly sales operations plan

b.   Prospect for and identify new business opportunities

c. Maintain contact with all clients and ensure high-level client satisfaction.

d. Participate in business development activities throughout the market and SW region

Person Specifications

a.   B.Sc/HND in Marketing or any other relevant discipline

b.  MBA, Master’s Degree or professional qualification in a relevant field would be an added advantage

c.   8 – 10 years sales management experience in leading, motivating and managing staff

d.   Strong track record in selling to the FSI Sector

e.   Knowledge of selling IT solutions and/or infrastructure will be an added advantage

 

2.  Senior Level Business Development Manager (Public Sector), Abuja

a.   Develop annual sales strategy and business plan to drive business growth and the achievement of set goals including increasing sales, market share and profitability; cascade it down to quarterly and monthly sales operations plan

b.   Prospect for and identify new business opportunities

c. Maintain contact with all clients and ensure high-level client satisfaction.

d. Participate in business development activities throughout the market and NC/NW regions

Person Specifications

Person Specifications

d.   Strong track record in selling to the Oil & Gas Sector

5.   Mid Level Business Development Manager (Public Sector), Abuja

a.   Develop supporting implementation plans to drive the execution of strategies and business plan

b.   Drive and monitor the implementation of the sales and marketing strategy and take necessary actions to correct deviations

c.    Develop strategies to expand the customer base and contribute to the development of the company’s brand in the NC/NW regions.

Person Specifications

a.   B.Sc/HND in Marketing or any other relevant discipline

b.   MBA, Master’s Degree or professional qualification in a relevant field would be an added advantage

c.   6 – 8 years sales management experience in leading, motivating and managing staff

d.   Strong track record in selling to the Public Sector

e.   Knowledge of selling IT products, solutions and/or infrastructure will be an added advantage
